Vision: We aim to create an experience that is sophisticated yet welcoming, offering an intimate setting where guests can engage with the artistry behind each dish. Every detail, from the sourcing of ingredients to the final plating, is curated with intention, ensuring a journey that is both thought-provoking and deeply satisfying. Design Concept: The design of Upstairs Tasting Room reflects its philosophy, elegance in simplicity, warmth in refinement. Inspired by the balance between tradition and modernity, the space embraces: Natural Materials & Warm Tones – A blend of wood, lacquer, and soft lighting to create a cozy yet refined atmosphere. Minimalist Aesthetic with Character – Clean lines, understated décor, and curated art pieces that reflect Vietnamese heritage in a subtle, contemporary way. Intimate Dining Spaces – A 10-seat main dining room, 1 chef’s counter seat, and 3 private dining rooms (12 seats total) designed for an immersive dining experience. Wine Cellar Integration – A curated selection of wines displayed within the dining room, reinforcing the connection between food and wine pairings. The result is a space that feels both personal and elevated, where every guest is part of the Upstairs story.
