Cocoa Kitchen represents the next chapter in The Cocoa Project’s journey, a brand founded in 2020 with the ambition of promoting Vietnamese cacao culture through pastry, cuisine, and beverages. For this second location, designed by T3 Architects and Kanopea Architecture Studio, the challenge was to transform an underutilized and poorly arranged rooftop into a contemporary restaurant, bar, and retail space offering panoramic views of Ho Chi Minh City and the Saigon River.
