Fly's House

FLY’S HOUSE was conceived within the context of a new urban development, where corner-lot housing models have become increasingly common in planning projects across Vietnam. With two street frontages and mandatory regulations regarding chamfered corners and building setbacks, this typology often results in narrow corridors, fragmented small courtyards, and residual spaces that are difficult to utilize. Rather than offering a spatial advantage, corner lots in many cases become a challenging problem in terms of microclimate organization and living quality.
