Year-End Highlight & Activity Review: Serves as the grand year-end culmination, reviewing the annual series of creative initiatives while attracting VIP guests, the general public, and media press to experience the luxury lifestyle and art spaces at Saigon Marina IFC.

A New Cultural & Creative Destination: Establishes Saigon Marina IFC as the epicenter for art appreciation every Traditional Lunar New Year (Tết), bridging Vietnamese Tết heritage with contemporary design to draw tens of thousands of visitors, elite circles, and the creative community.

Spatial Experience Optimization Across 2 Key Zones: Elevates visitor engagement by seamlessly segmenting activities between two iconic zones: the 53rd–54th Sky Floors and the Waterfront Promenade space.
53rd – 54th SKY FLOORS
Positioning:
An exclusive VIP, Private & Networking Space—a premier conference and dialogue venue connecting the Developer, elite circles, and leading global designers.
Core Activities:
Hosting contemporary art exhibitions, high-end creative workshops, tea and coffee tastings, spatial floral art installations, mini Fashion show and modern calligraphy showcases.
WATERFRONT PROMENADE: COMMUNITY & FESTIVE HUB
Thematic Exhibition:
Direct showcase of winning drawings and scale models from the Waterfront Landscape Design Contest (Event 1).
Press Conference: Launch of International Sculpture Camp:
Theme: "WHERE THE RIVER TELLS ART STORIES". The event is expected to gather world-class contemporary sculpture masterpieces, permanently installed along the riverfront to create an iconic cultural landmark and elevate the modern architectural stature of Saigon Marina IFC.
Design Festival
Featuring participation from 20 top design universities nationwide, showcasing outstanding design projects along with talk shows and panel discussions with renowned designers and fashion models.
New Year & Tết Cultural Activities:
3D Mapping artistic light shows projected onto the building façade.
Two special fashion shows themed around Ethnic Heritage & Modernity.
