The design will embody a contrast between the inherent warmth and texture of local Vietnamese materials and the high-precision, detail-oriented nature of the firm’s work. The resulting atmosphere will be one of warm, cozy sophistication — a feeling that is both welcoming and highly professional.

ISHIDAYA is a restaurant located in the central district of Hanoi, near the governmental area. This project began with a fundamental question: how to harmonize the existing building’s Western decorative elements with the refined aesthetics of Japanese cuisine and culture. To connect these two identities, the design adopts the concept of Taisho Roman—a period in Japanese history when tradition and modernity, Eastern and Western cultures, coexisted and influenced one another. By reinterpreting this cultural fusion, the project seeks to reconstruct a space where Japanese and Western aesthetics naturally merge in contemporary Hanoi.

The café space was inspired by observations of Da Lat’s local coffee culture — in the city’s characteristically chilly weather, people often gather together in small, warm, and intimate cafés. From this, the idea of creating a café space that feels as familiar and comforting as an ordinary day in Da Lat gradually took shape.

Flush is designed on a recessed site set back from the street, presenting a challenge in visibility and attraction. In the early stage, the design was driven by a concept combining Alice in Wonderland and playing cards, expressed through irregular, curved architectural forms with a surreal quality. As the project moved into reality, the scheme was refined to balance creativity with durability — retaining the core idea while moderating the forms and integrating curves into key elements such as arches, the staircase, and interior details.

Nen draws inspiration from the purest essence of Vietnam, transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. Nen is an F&B brand dedicated to exploring the potential of Vietnamese ingredients and culture. We tell stories through our dishes, using 99% locally sourced ingredients gathered from across the country and from Nén Farm itself, highlighting the essence of Vietnamese flavors. What sets Nen apart is its unique style of culinary storytelling. Through the Sto:ry Menu, the stories we choose to tell through each dish are carefully crafted, reflecting the artistry and philosophy of Vietnamese traditions. We take pride in this distinction: every dish is a canvas, every flavor a brushstroke, and on this “stage,” you may encounter the thoughts and emotions of a deeply reflective and passionate young Vietnamese generation.

Located in a small alley in the heart of Hue City, the café draws inspiration from the simple rhythm of life found in the city’s quiet corners. Built on a short-term leased site with a limited budget (approximately VND 600 million), the architect chose to “tell a story” through the most humble materials: corrugated metal sheets and reclaimed wood.

Design Philosophy: Converging Curves ● Breaking away from rigid box-like structures, the project embraces a biophilic design language with soft flowing curves that echo the rolling hills surrounding local villages. At the heart of the building lies an open courtyard — a “green heart” where natural light and fresh air continuously circulate, nurturing children’s minds through a harmonious connection with nature.

The DHL Europe Innovation Center (EPIC 2.0) is conceived as a forward-looking, collaborative hub in Cologne, Germany, bringing together customers, startups, and researchers to drive innovation in logistics, sustainability, and digitalization. The design responds to this vision by creating a future-ready environment that embodies DHL’s brand while supporting flexibility, collaboration, and evolving work modes. At its core, sustainability informs every aspect of the design across environmental, social, and economic dimensions. Through the use of durable, recyclable, and certified materials, energy-efficient systems, and a lifecycle-driven approach, the project aspires to meet DGNB certification standards, integrating sustainability seamlessly into the spatial and material language rather than expressing it superficially.

The multi-functional building is part of the overall master plan for Tiêu Động Thượng Parish, which has been approved under the 1/500 detailed planning scheme, with several components already under construction, including: the Main Church, Shrine, Multi-functional Building, Catechism Building, Public Restrooms, Pastoral House, Gardens, and Ceremony Courtyard.

How can an educational campus be built without disrupting the cultural and spatial continuity of a mountainous rural context? DAO San is an educational campus currently under construction in a mountainous region of northern Vietnam, scheduled to be completed and operational for the new academic year in September 2026. The project is situated within a landscape shaped by terrain, climate, and long-established community life. Education here is not isolated from its surroundings; it is embedded in daily routines, seasonal rhythms, and collective memory. DAO San begins by acknowledging this condition, treating architecture not as an imposed object, but as a continuation of place.

Montessori is an educational method originating in Europe in the early 20th century, and has been developing in Vietnam in recent years. This method respects the independence of children, creates an environment for them to explore and feel the world through their own senses. My Montessori Garden is a Montessori-oriented preschool. We, together with the investor, want to create a garden - a natural space for children, a classroom between the trees and flowers. The construction site is located in a residential area in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh, one of the fastest growing cities in Vietnam. We seek changes through the simple but valuable things we can do for children. Because the land is only leased for 5-10 years, we need to find a simple construction structure that can be quickly installed, has little impact on the existing land and can easily be relocated to the other location when needed.

Forest Green Park is conceived as a miniature journey of discovery, where children’s imagination is guided through three distinct worlds: the forest, the ocean, and the sky. The design adopts an organic language of soft curves, a light pastel palette, and playful, illustrative forms that not only ensure safety but also spark natural curiosity. Rather than relying on isolated play equipment, the entire space is transformed into an immersive playground, where children can climb, crawl, slide, and interact directly with the architectural forms themselves.

Boutique Hotels are small-scale hospitality establishments distinguished by their unique design, character, and personalized service. They typically feature a limited number of rooms, usually fewer than 100, in order to create a more intimate and personalized guest experience. This type of hotel places a strong emphasis on service quality and spatial experience.

Galaxy CineX Hanoi Centre Cinema is an interior architecture project located within Hanoi Centre Mall, developed on the former site of Tien Bo Printing Factory, once a key industrial facility in 20th-century Hanoi. The project transforms the cinema into a contemporary public space while acknowledging the site’s industrial heritage through spatial structure and material logic rather than visual nostalgia.

Laluna is a spa project designed and fully completed at the end of 2025. It is located along Tôn Đức Thắng Street, one of the rapidly developing commercial and service corridors of Rạch Giá City, Kiên Giang Province. From the outside, the building presents the understated elegance of a spa infused with Mediterranean influences. Its bold geometric forms are softened by gentle curves in warm sandy tones, while slender light openings on the façade evoke a sense of curiosity about the spaces within the spa.

Mua Dalat Wellness Hotel is located in the heart of Dalat City, right on the edge of the pine forests surrounding Dalat University. This project transforms an unfinished structure into a serene retreat that fosters wellness and healing, deeply rooted in nature and local cultural heritage.

While many contemporary homestay models focus on creating enclosed and private in-room experiences, Hieuhouse chose a different direction for this retreat project in Lao Cai. Set on a 1.5-hectare site, the project does not seek to stand out within the landscape like conventional developments; instead, it adopts the opposite approach — allowing architecture to step back and give nature and communal living the central role. The Lao Cai Homestay is a clear example of a resort architecture approach grounded in respect for context and community life. Here, guests are invited to experience a slower pace of living and a sense of togetherness — a place to rest, connect with others, and immerse themselves in nature.

Tam Dao Retreat, as the name suggests, this is the refuge of a family of 3 generations. This land has been preserved for more than 10 years, all 52 large trees in the current land are preserved, surrounded by a solid green painted fence. From a distance, the villa looks like a grey rock existed for a long time, the construction area inside is also quite modest (only taking up 1/10 of the land area), that enough for the whole family to live in harmony with nature.

Inspired by fishing nets and traditional basket boats — iconic elements of coastal life — the architecture transforms these familiar images into the roof structure of the restaurant block, creating a design that is deeply rooted in local identity while remaining distinctive and contemporary. Drawing from the handcrafted split stones found across the island and the clouds hovering above Ma Thiên Lãnh Peak, the building masses are conceived as stone-like forms arranged like floating clouds. The design creates multiple elevations and diverse outward views from within the project, while also giving the architecture a striking vertical presence when viewed from the harbor below.

In the course of urbanization in Vietnam, peri-urban areas have become a vivid cross-section reflecting the collision between development and nature. Fields, water bodies, and craft villages that once sustained cultural and ecological identities are gradually being replaced by housing, industrial zones, and new infrastructure. Uncoordinated urban expansion leads to the contraction of agricultural land, the disruption of environmental balance, and the erosion of climatic buffer zones. Living environments on the urban fringe are increasingly polluted, water resources are declining, and green spaces and farmlands are being supplanted by concrete and asphalt. As a transitional zone between the city and the countryside, the peri-urban condition also opens up opportunities to shape new forms of living that are greener, symbiotic, and more sustainable. In this context, architecture can act as ecological infrastructure, re-establishing relationships between people and their environment. The Greenery Stacks project series emerges from this setting as a system of green architectural modules that can be replicated, restoring agricultural memory, regenerating greenery, and reintroducing natural rhythms within Vietnamese urban environments.

Vạn Phát Velora is a residential project designed in Sóc Trăng Province, located in the Southwest region of Vietnam, where vast waterways, interlacing canals and rivers reside - Open to the sea on three sides and enrich cultural values. The project aims to reimagine an existing residential area that has been developed into a fully integrated living unit, providing technical and social infrastructure supporting the community and fulfilling the urban development needs of Sóc Trăng City. Townhouses and parks are the main components of this project. Inspired by the resilient spirit of a warrior, the vibrant colors of the Ghe Ngo boat racing festival, and the flowing alluvial currents — all distinctive symbols of Sóc Trăng’s riverine culture — the project embodies the essence of the heritages in a modern residential setting. The festive hues are expressed across each building facade, where every row of houses resembles the shape of Ghe Ngo, together forming a fleet riding the waves — painting a vivid picture of a dynamic and lively community.

The design concept is rooted in the idea of creating an Urban Oasis — a sustainable architectural environment where nature, workplace, lifestyle, and community are integrated into one vertical composition. Inspired by the relationship between mountains, vegetation, water, and urban life, the project transforms a dense mixed-use development into a layered green landscape, blurring the boundary between architecture and nature. The tower forms rise as an urban landmark, while a series of terraces, sky gardens, water features, and landscaped decks bring human-scale experiences into the building. Rather than treating greenery as decoration, the design uses landscape as an organising principle — shaping circulation, public space, environmental comfort, and identity.

International Eye Hospital DND Saigon is a modern healthcare facility designed to provide a professional, comfortable, and patient-centered environment. The project emphasizes functionality, advanced medical standards, and a welcoming spatial experience, creating a high-quality destination for eye care and treatment in Ho Chi Minh City.

The LIXIL Lounge Vietnam project is an Experience Center designed by Studi8 and Cicad, aiming to create a fusion between Eastern culture and contemporary aesthetics. The space utilizes natural tones such as brown and gray, along with materials including stone, wood, metal (brass), leather, and fabric to establish a minimalist, elegant, and flexible design language.

The front and rear façades are designed with a double-layer wall system combining perforated brickwork and glass, providing optimal ventilation for both the interior spaces and the roof while serving as an effective solar-shading solution. The decorative brick elements used for the façades are reclaimed bricks sourced from the traditional Mang Thít brick village. Together with the greenery incorporated at the front and rear façades, the design enhances the architectural aesthetics while creating a natural green filter for improved indoor air quality. The perforated brick patterns at the entrance gate are also artistically arranged, adding a distinctive and refined character to the architectural expression of the house.

In the context of contemporary architecture facing increasing environmental and energy challenges, the return to natural materials and passive design solutions has become an increasingly significant trend. TT House – the “Terracotta House” – stands as a representative example of this approach: a retreat space shaped by the spirit of sustainability and distinguished architectural and interior features, where architecture not only serves the needs of living but also nurtures experience and fosters harmony with nature.

The architects were commissioned to design a completely raw penthouse apartment located on the northwest side, overlooking the city center. The challenge was how to create an impressive living space that could seamlessly incorporate the language of natural architecture into the interior design. From this idea emerged a handcrafted “black stone” wall stretching through the double-height void, evoking the image of a majestic cliff — overwhelming, dramatic, and deeply striking. Another distinctive feature is the “metallic epoxy” flooring, poured on-site by the architects together with specialized craftsmen. Originally a pure white epoxy surface, layers of black and silver metallic pigments were later added to create a marble-like effect, shaped intuitively through the architects’ artistic sensibilities, resulting in a fluid and uniquely expressive visual movement.

FLY’S HOUSE was conceived within the context of a new urban development, where corner-lot housing models have become increasingly common in planning projects across Vietnam. With two street frontages and mandatory regulations regarding chamfered corners and building setbacks, this typology often results in narrow corridors, fragmented small courtyards, and residual spaces that are difficult to utilize. Rather than offering a spatial advantage, corner lots in many cases become a challenging problem in terms of microclimate organization and living quality.

The Jungle is a unique boutique mixed-use building located at an urban townhouse plot in Ho Chi Minh City. The East-facing 300 square-meter project site is located at a busy street in a high-density urban area within just 10-minute-drive distance from the city CBD. The site frontage is 10-meter wide, which is as twice as a typical townhouse’s width. On the other hand, the local urban masterplan requires a 12-meter setback plus a 45-degree angular edge at the South-West corner to give way for a major street expansion in the future.
