The idea behind the project is “chaotic on the outside, serene on the inside,” inspired by the philosophy of Zen. Drawing from Cham architecture and the gentle yet profound palette of Northern Vietnamese traditions, the design integrates red-tiled roofs, soaring arched doorways, terracotta sculptures, rustic yellow brick walls, and dark gray concrete floors. Together, these elements form a composition that feels grounded, contemplative, and full of inner strength. Instead of rigid box-like forms, the architecture is shaped by elliptical columns, diagonally cut and perforated, arranged in a staggered rhythm. Woven among them are bold, slanted flat-tiled roofs that slice across the volumes. Beneath this seemingly “chaotic” interplay, a series of interwoven, fluid spaces unfolds—creating a unique visual journey where the exterior may appear restless, but the interior reveals a realm of calm and tranquility.
