Bố cục tổng thể dựa trên giao điểm của trung tâm tổng thể, từ đó định hình các hướng xoay của các khối kiến trúc cũng như cảnh quan nội khu. Từ đó tạo nên một bố cục hoàn chỉnh cho dự án.
